We comply with Quebec Law 25, PIPEDA, and other applicable privacy laws.

- Project and service details
- Time entries and related notes
b) Account & Technical Information
- User and Approver account information
- OAuth access tokens (encrypted)
- Group membership and permissions
- Sync timestamps and audit logs
3. Purpose of Collection
- Import and process time entry data
- Generate and manage timesheets
- Enable authenticated sharing and approvals
- Maintain security and audit logs
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Sharing of Information
Information is shared only:
- At the explicit direction of the User
- With authenticated Approvers assigned to a timesheet
- With service providers required to operate the Service
Timesheet MC does not sell personal information.
5. Access Controls & Authentication
- All Users and Approvers must authenticate
- Approvers may only access assigned timesheets
- Group access is controlled by the User
6. Data Storage & Security
We use reasonable safeguards including encryption, access controls, and monitoring.
7. Data Retention
Data is retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law.
8. User & Approver Rights
Users and Approvers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal limitations.
Users may withdraw consent by disconnecting FreshBooks.
9. Privacy Officer
In accordance with Quebec Law 25, Timesheet MC has designated a Privacy Officer.
